Using our event expertise and Canadian event venue knowledge we will help you find the right venue, in the right location for your conference or event. What we do

  • We will help you create an RFP for your meeting, conference or event and will manage the distribution of the RFP. Our team will consolidate proposals into an easy to follow document to make it easy for you to see your options and choose the right venue.

  • Let us do the heavy lifting. We will use our knowledge of Canadian meeting and convention venues and our industry network to research appropriate venues for your event.

  • We will work with hotels to source competitive group rates for your event.

  • Once your venue is selected we will organize site inspections for you, giving you the chance to personally experience the accommodations, amenities, and service quality at your selected destinations. We can partake in these site visits with you as well.

  • We will guide and manage the contract negotiation and execution, ensuring your interests are protected by including appropriate terms and clauses to minimize risk and liability.

  • We can provide recommendations on vendors that can supply you with services to enhance your meeting, conference or event such as transportation, off-site tours, unique dining experiences and more.
